Leave your Western culture at home when you walk into this restaurant. Be ready to not eat with utensils, having napkins, water. Be ready to eat with your fingers and a feel of African Culture Do not criticize this place if you cannot come in correct, knowing that this is a culture difference food experience. I’ve been curious about Nigerian food and finally Googled this place, so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was amazed. The owner is incredible and the hospitality is unmatched. I tried the chicken dish, so flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and fresh, and the fufu is indescribable. I also had the Guinness Matilda drink, delicious! The restaurant is a must try. I met people who drive hours just for this food. Be open minded, explore the flavors, and don’t miss it. Can’t wait to go back and try the okra dish. God bless this amazing lady and her restaurant, truly delicious!

My friends and I wanted to try Africa food for the first time. We tried the fufu and Egusi soup. I was good! But what was so delicious in my opinion was the Joloff Rice with chicken. It was to die for. Not to mention the greens and fried plantains. The owner was super friendly. I will definitely return!

Been wanting to try the restaurant ever since it opened and I finally got a chance! I ordered Pounded Yam with Egusi Soup and Goat Meat. When the food arrived I was thinking to ask for larger portion size, but after finishing was very glad I didn't. The pounded yam fills you up so much. My only thing I didn't like was that it was so hot inside; cool air would of been so welcoming. Nevertheless, I'll be coming back! Highly recommend
